    Warning

This product must not be used for human body protection detection.

    Caution

Do not connect to an AC power supply.
If an AC power supply (above AC100V) is applied, it may cause rupture or burnout.

    Safety Points

To ensure safety, please strictly adhere to the following items.

    When Wiring:
Do not exceed the specified voltage range for both the power supply voltage and output load voltage.
Applying voltage beyond the specified range may cause rupture or burnout.

    Regarding Load Short Circuit:
Do not short-circuit the load, as it may cause rupture or burnout.

    Regarding No-Load Connection:
Connecting the power supply directly without a load may damage or burn out internal components, so always connect a load before wiring.

    Operating Environment:
Do not use in environments with flammable or explosive gases.

    Usage Precautions

Do not use the product beyond its rated operating range or environmental conditions.

    During Design:
Regarding power reset time, the sensor will be ready for detection within 100ms after power is applied.
When connecting the load and power supply separately, always power the sensor first.

    When Wiring:
To prevent malfunction, when using the photoelectric switch with an inverter or servo motor, ensure that the FG (frame ground terminal) and G (ground terminal) are grounded.
Failure to ground may result in malfunction.

    During Installation:
When installing sensors facing each other, mutual interference may occur, so avoid aligning the optical axes of the sensors.
Ensure that strong light sources such as sunlight, fluorescent lamps, or incandescent lamps do not enter the detection angle of the photoelectric switch.
Do not use tools like hammers during installation, as this may damage the waterproof function.
When installing the main unit, use M3 screws, and ensure the tightening torque for the housing is below 0.54N·m.

    Regarding Installation Direction

During installation, ensure that the detection surface of the photoelectric switch is parallel to the detection object (do not tilt it relative to the object).

However, when detecting glossy objects (with a shiny surface), tilt the photoelectric switch by 5~10° as shown in the right figure.  Ensure that this does not affect the background objects.

If there is a reflective surface below the photoelectric switch, light reflected from the detection object may return to the switch, causing unstable operation. Therefore, tilt the switch or maintain a certain distance from the reflective surface as shown in the figure below.

When determining the installation direction of the photoelectric switch, consider the movement direction of the detection object, as shown in the figure below.

Additionally, when there are extreme changes in the color or material of the detection object, install as shown in the figure below.

FAQ

What are the regular maintenance tasks for a website?

Regular website maintenance work is the key to ensuring the website's security, stable operation and user experience. Maintenance work includes updating website content, checking and fixing website links, backing up data, conducting regular security checks, fixing vulnerabilities, and optimizing performance, etc. These tasks help ensure the long-term effective operation of the website and provide a good user experience.

What are the differences between UI and UX in website design?

UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) are two important aspects in website design. UI focuses on the appearance design, layout and visual elements of a website, while UX emphasizes the overall user experience and interaction on the website, including ease of use, navigation, interaction, etc. Excellent UI design usually enhances the UX experience of users.

What types of website hosting services are there?

Website hosting services can be classified into shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers and cloud hosting. Shared hosting refers to multiple websites sharing the resources of one server. VPS is a virtual dedicated server, while standalone servers are exclusive servers. Cloud hosting, on the other hand, provides hosting solutions based on cloud services. Each type has its own distinct features and applicable scenarios.

What is the function of a website traffic statistics tool?

Traffic statistics tools such as Google Analytics help analyze website visit data, including visitor sources, traffic volume and user behavior, etc. By understanding these data, website owners can understand their audience, adjust website content and design, enhance user experience, and increase conversion rates.
